Who am I? Not much more than a dreamer and a story-teller. Many of these stories come from dreams, brief flashes of life in another world, another time, another situation. When I awake, my mission becomes to find the story behind that flash, to build it, craft it, until I can tell a story that can give someone else a view into that other world. It burns inside me, consuming my thoughts until I write it down. Dreams from years ago, never written, are still burned into my mind in living color, deep emotion. Other stories come from simple experience, shown through some other life all together. Everyday feelings, in extreme situations. I hope that through examining what is so close to us from such a distance, we will be able to understand it, and ourselves and the world around us, better. Many of these dreams, these stories, are dark- morbid even. All I can say of that, is: Light is taken for granted when one has only ever seen light. Without darkness, light is meaningless; the smallest sliver of light becomes brightest when viewed from the darkest of shadows., My skill is perhaps insufficient to present these rays of light to the extent that I wish to. But they say that this is a skill attainable only through practice, so that is what is before you now- practice., thats what i was kind of going for under interests.. add surfing and running.
